The Nigerian National Honours Awards is a set of honours conferred upon deserving Citizens who have made significant landmark achievements and made eminent contributions to the progress of the country in their different areas of endeavors. The intention is to spur distinguished personalities like Rt Hon Ahmed Idris to do more in building a Nigeria of our dream.
Amb. Cletus Akhimien expressed joy over the conferment on the Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase with the award, being one of the noble men that Plateau State and the nation at large is blessed with and they have distinguished
themselves amongst their equals and contributed immeasurably to nation building.
The National Honour, Amb. Akhimien stated, has further added credence to the conferment of Rt. Hon Ahmed Idris Wase with Plateau Man of the Year Award 2021 and affirms the credibility of the process of his emergence.
